Abstract

Tuberkulosis (TBC atau TB) merupapan diseases dileburkan yangi disebabkan malalui bakteri Mycobacterium tuberkulosis yang menyerangi terutama paru-paru, dan termasuk sepuluh terlalu tinggi penyechapter kematian di dunia. Resistensi terhadap obat-obat anti-TB batin bentuk multi drug-resistant (MDR) dan extensively drug-resistant (XDR) serta belum adanmemiliki obat TB baru merumakanan permasalahan yangi krusial batin pengobatan TB. Penelitian yangi dilakukan bergawangnya mensintesis dan tes bioaktivitas terhadap bakteri Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv tiga turunan isoniazid. N-benzil-5,7-dibromoisatin dan N-4-bromobenzil-5,7-dibromoisatin masing-masingai disindalil dari menjawab benzil bromida atau 4-bromobenzil bromida mencapai 5,7-dibromoisatin dan natrium hidrida mencapai rendemen masing-masinew york seterlalu tinggi 94% dan 91%. Sindalil turunan isoniazid dilakukan mencapai mereaksidimodernkan tiga turunan isatin (5,7-dibromoisatin, (N-benzil)-5,7-dibromoisatin, dan (N-4-bromobenzil) -5,7-dibromoisatin) masing-masingai mencapai isoniazid dan asam sulfat such katalis sehinga dihasilkan 2-isonikotinohidrazon-5,7-dibromoisatin, 2-isonikotinohidrazon-(N-benzil)-5,7-dibromoisatin, dan 2-isonikotinohidrazon-(N-4-bromobenzil)-5,7-dibromoisatin mencapai rendemen masing-masingi segeram 92%, 81% dan 84%. Hasil uji tiga turunan isoniazid terhadap kolitis Mycobacterium tuberkulosis H37Rv menmendulang bahwa tiga turunan isoniazid aktif. N-benzyl-5,7-dibromoisatin, and N-4-bromobenzyl-5,7 dibromoisatin)resultinew york from reaction of benzyl bromide or 4-bromobenzyl bromide with 5,7-dibromoisatin and sobergaul hydrideas to give yield 94% and 91% respectively. Synthesis of isoniazid derivatives menjadi done by reactingai isatin derivatives (5,7-dibromoisatin,(N-benzyl)-5,7-dibromoisatin, and (N-4-bromobenzyl)-5,7-dibromoisatin) with isoniazid and the presence of sulfuric acid as catalyst to give yield 92%, 81% and 84% respectively. The products dulu tested against tuberkulosis bacteria Mycobacterium tuberkulosis H37Rv and three isoniazid derivativpita showed good activity. 2-Isonicotinohidrazone-3-(N-4-bromobenzyl)-5,7-dibromoisatin active with MIC 10 ppm.
